Rachel Tolliver is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She received her doctorate of nursing practice in psychiatry from Southern Adventist University in 2019. She has been a registered nurse for over 30 years. Since 2006, she has focused her expertise on developmental behavioral health diagnosis in children and adults, earning the title of Developmental Disability Nurse of the Year (2008) for her gentle, clinical excellence while working at Orange Grove Center. From June 2023-2026 she worked under a City of Chattanooga ARPA grant at LifeSpring Pediatric/Community Health and was trained to perform autism evaluations.
Dr. Tolliver's, heart behind En Gedi Integrated Care Services, is an understanding that every child is fearfully and wonderfully made. Dr. Tolliver offers parents a supportive partnership. She is certified and trained to perform STAT and ADOS-2 autism assessments. Her specialized comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans are designed to honor your child's unique spirit while providing the professional guidance needed for them to truly blossom and reach their brightest potential.
